30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

How to Request a Return

  • The reason for the return

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Deconest Home is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at support@deconesthome.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will review the situation and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products (unless defective or damaged)
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact support@deconesthome.com with your order details.

Exchange items must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Once the original item is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
